With over 20 years of experience in diplomacy, politics, and governance, she now leads APRM’s mission to strengthen governance across Africa under the AU’s Agenda 2063.

Hon. Dr. Tatenda Annastacia Mavetera has served as Zimbabwe’s Minister of Information Communication Technology, Postal & Courier Services since September 2023. A member of parliament representing Chikomba West and a member of ZANU–PF, she brings diverse experience as a former actress, talk show host, and youth advocate. Prior to her ministerial role, she served as Vice President of the Pan African Parliament Youth Caucus and has been a strong voice for youth and women’s empowerment in Zimbabwe.
